I haven't had a good chance to do much creative stuff in any way to show people. I've been drawing, poorly, and I've been playing around with making magazine covers for a magazine I want to make. A much harder process than I thought, don't tell my mom. I think I need to make something physically.
My idea is to customize a denim skirt that I never wear. It's cute, but a bit too long to not feel a little Baptist. The first thing I would do is figure out how long I want it to be if I want to change the length at all. If I remember correctly, it goes a bit above the knees. Not a common length for me, I love the extremes.
The second step will be to decide what I will add. perhaps, I will create an applique or steal a patch from a pair of jeans I don't wear (big hole in the thigh inseam.... so sad a pair will never fit me like that again).

| I don't think the actual applique has a leaf but otherwise, this drawing just looks like I sat in something |
My first idea is to add this flower that I currently have on another pair of jeans, I like it a lot and I don't wear the jeans anymore. Adding it would be cute, probably the only thing I am sure to do to these shorts.
